Briana Lalonde is a professional Kitchen Designer with 14+ years experience in kitchen and bath design. Briana studied at Georgian College of Applied Arts and Technology and successfully completed the 3 year Interior Design Advanced Diploma course, with honours.
“Much of my kitchen design knowledge was acquired after college, as I stumbled into Kitchen Design “by accident.” It was indeed a happy accident, as I have enjoyed helping clients with their dream kitchens. I’d describe my personal style as eclectic, somewhere between Modern Farmhouse and Mid-Century Modern. For this reason, I love working with my clients’ personal tastes and infusing my design style where I can.
Nature is my happy place! When I’m not in the office, you can find me kayaking, hiking, or snowshoeing all around Georgian Bay.”
Diane Popp demonstrates a solid commitment to customer service for all projects - big or small. In addition to her primary job functions, Diane enjoys Design Consultation, especially bathrooms.
Diane has a background in hospitality and administration and has worked at Casino Rama Resort, Hostess Frito Lay, and Loomis Courier, among others.She was once nominated “Leader of the Year” and was given the nickname, “Radar” for always being one step ahead.
Diane has a flair for creativity, restores furniture,and is a sunset photography enthusiast from Mississauga who loves residing and working steps away from beautiful Georgian Bay.
As Manager of the Design Centre and Home Installs Program, Mike Guilbault brings with him a lifetime of customer service and retail management. After graduating Georgian College in the 3 year Business Administration program, he managed several stores for Radio Shack in the 80’s. Eventually, Mike followed his passion for photography and ran a successful commercial & portrait studio in Barrie, then Elmvale, for over 30 years.
Mike has lived in the Midland area for many years and now resides in Tiny Township. In addition to photography, he also enjoys woodworking with hand-tools and is an avid motorcyclist.

Tanya is the Design Centre’s Assistant Manager and brings with her many years of experience in customer relations and service from working in the hospitality industry. This, however, doesn’t account for her creativity and knowledge acquired from being a very capable decorator and renovator with a high DIY drive.
If she’s not tearing down a wall or painting a room, you may find her rebuilding a deck or changing light fixtures.
Ashleigh is a self-confessed HGTV junkie. Her enthusiasm and joie de vivre is contagious, and her willingness to help people find solutions for their home renovations is refreshing in today’s world of self-serve.
She’s knowledgeable in a wide range of Home Hardware products as well as many of the special order products that are featured in the Midland Design Centre.
Angela is our British Import with an extensive background in art and colour. Graduating from Art College in the UK, she spent time restoring paintings for various museums there, and after moving to Canada, worked for many years in the paint and decorating arena.
That eventually led her to Midland and Home Hardware where she enjoys helping customers coordinate their selection of products.
Angela still enjoys painting, mostly nature and landscapes from her own photographs, oil on canvas.
