SCHLUTER® SYSTEM
The Schluter® Shower System is an integrated family of products that creates a “sealed” system. Unlike shower pan liners in traditional assemblies, KERDI is a bonded waterproofing membrane that allows for the direct application of tile with thin-set mortar. In addition, KERDI is installed over the solid backing (e.g., gypsum board, cement backboard, etc.) on walls, creating a fully waterproof and vapour-tight enclosure. The resulting assembly provides superior moisture management as it does not permit moisture to penetrate into the mortar bed or solid backing, allowing the assembly to dry completely between uses. The integrated Schluter® Shower System eliminates leaks, reduces the potential for efflorescence and mold growth in the system, and dramatically reduces total installation time to ensure success and make shower installation easier than ever.

The Design Centre stocks many of the popular SCHLUTER® products including KERDI waterproofing membranes, corner pieces, valve and pipe seals. We stock Kerdi-Board, Kerdi-Band and Kerdi prefabricated substrates such as shower curbs, benches, niches and complete Kerdi Shower Kits. There’s a variety of Tile Edging to choose from, as well as drains, drain covers, trowels, etc. All-Set is the recommended mortar for all SCHLUTER® installations and we have plenty in stock, both Grey and White.
PERFECT LEVEL MASTER®
When installing tile, you want a method of ensuring your tile is completely level. Whether on the floor or wall, a level surface not only looks better, but performs better as well. The Design Centre is a stocking dealer for the PERFECT LEVEL MASTER system of tile levelling products. T-LOCK™ clips come in three sizes for different thickness tiles ranging from Small (3mm to 8mm), Medium (8mm to 14mm – 5/16 to 9/16ths) and Large (14mm to 25mm). Medium is the most common size for North America and comes in 1, 2 or 3mm grout lines.
Size S - For Tile Thickness 3-8mm (1/8 - 5/16")
Size M - For Tile Thickness 8-14mm (5/16 - 9/16")
Size L - For Tile Thickness 15-25mm (9/16 - 1")
We recommend Medium (M) is the standard tile thickness size in North America Please note that Small (S) and Large (L) clips are only available in 1MM grout joints. We recommend using our Reusable Crosses to achieve desired grout joint size. In between thickness? Size up and use our Base Plates to ensure proper tension during install.

Perfect Level Master patented reusable T-Lock™ Wedges are specifically designed to be used with all T-Lock™ Clips and are backed by a Lifetime Warranty.
T-LOCK™ Base Plates protect delicate material such as natural stone or glass from scratching and marking during installation. Can also be used for thin tiles to increase wedge height while using taller clips, as well as be used as a grout size spacer for 0.5mm, 1mm, 2mm and 3mm.
